and pressed Find it! you would
find after scrolling down

this page a list of all all the pages that have Chiropractors or Chiropractic
Services.
If you are looking for a specific Chiropractor. Type in the chiropractors name.
If on the other hand you are looking for someone to handle you "back pain" and you typed "back pain" in the search field and clicked Find it! you would get all of the pages where back pain is mentioned.
